Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using KeepMore. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepMore tax scenario simulator ("Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

KeepMore is a web-based tax scenario simulation tool that helps freelancers, self-employed individuals, and real estate investors estimate potential tax savings from S-Corp election, deduction optimization, cost segregation, and retirement contribution planning.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us of any unauthorised access at support@keepmore.app.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Free Trial

KeepMore offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access to premium features will be restricted until you purchase a plan.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid access is available via a one-time lifetime payment processed through Paddle.com. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize the specified payment.

• →Lifetime access grants perpetual use of all current features at the time of purchase.
• →Future features may be included at our discretion.
• →Pricing may change for new customers; existing lifetime customers are not affected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• →Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• →Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account.
• →Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• →Use the Service to assist in tax fraud or evasion.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and design of the Service are the exclusive property of KeepMore. Your tax scenario inputs remain your own data — we do not claim ownership of information you enter.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that tax estimates will accurately reflect your actual tax liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including tax penalties or underpayments arising from reliance on our estimates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@keepmore.app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware.
