Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing KeepMore. This policy explains your refund rights clearly and without fine print.

1. Free Trial

KeepMore offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to evaluate the Service before purchasing. Because a full trial is available, we have a limited refund window for paid plans.

2. Lifetime Plan — Refund Window

If you purchase the Lifetime plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@keepmore.app with your purchase email and order number (found in your Paddle receipt). We will process your refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

3. After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may grant a partial or full refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A significant technical issue prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with tax estimate results, changes in tax law, or if a CPA's advice differs from our estimates.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle's processing timeline applies and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Upon refund, your Lifetime access will be revoked and your account will revert to free (read-only) status.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks increase costs for small businesses and we are always willing to resolve issues directly. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
